Our guarantee assures you that if your Apex carbon phone case fails to meet its high-performance standards due to any manufacturing defect, or experiences undue wear and tear under normal usage conditions, we will replace it. - Lost, stolen, or disposed of phone cases.
- Cosmetic damages such as scratches, dents, discoloration from wear and tear, chips, and/or scrapes on the Outer Plates.
- Damages resulting from accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you need to submit a Warranty Claim for your Apex carbon phone case, please fill out the contact form on our website. For purchases made through authorized retailers, please include the retailer's name in the order number field of the form.
Gift Warranty Coverage
Gifts purchased from Apex or our authorized retailers are also fully protected under our Lifetime Warranty. For gift-related claims, please provide the gifter’s full name and the order number in the order number field when submitting your claim.
Warranty Disclaimer
Apex reserves the right to deny any Warranty Claim for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraudulent claims, items purchased before the implementation of our Lifetime Warranty, or products bought from unauthorized sellers such as Facebook Marketplace and eBay. Our Warranty does not include service fees associated with the claim. In the event of a valid warranty claim, your replacement carbon phone case will match the original product in color and material. If the original item is not available, a similar item of equal material quality and color will be provided. If no comparable replacement can be found, we will work with you to find a suitable substitute of equal value.
